Elisa Acost, 86, of Palatka passed away Friday, March 2, 2013 at the Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka.

Born in Tampa on December 2, 1926, Mrs. Acosta had been a resident of Putnam County since 1990, first living in Interlachen and later in Palatka, coming from Miami. Before retiring, Mrs. Acosta had been a school teacher.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Roberto Acosta.

According to her wishes, no sevices will be held.
