Matthew Fox Pace
October 31, 1968 - October 11, 2019

Palatka, FL

Daddy, words will never be able to express what goes through my mind. The pain of losing you will never go away, however; I’m glad you are no longer in pain and suffering. It’s hard not being able to pick up the phone to call you, to text you, or just stop by to see you! I miss you more than I can ever explain. Carson misses his papa as well. Easton and Waylon won’t remember but I promise to tell them about you! The hardest part is raising your mini! Boy is Carson a mini Matthew! Each day that passes he acts more and more like you! I wish you were here to witness all the hell he raises and what the future holds for him, Easton, and Waylon! We love you daddy! We hope you’re living your best life with the angels! I just pray you wrap your wings around me and our boys as we are still battling this crazy world without you! Daddy you will forever be my first love!💙

Amanda - I am so sorry I could not be there in person to tell you this. Your Daddy was a wonderful man and the world will be a darker place without him in it. He was always ready to step in and help; what ever anyone needed. I am heart broke for you and your family. Just always remember the good times and share those stories with the kids so they will know who their papa was and how much he loved you all.

Nikki and all the kids and Mr. and Mrs Pace, I know this time is difficult for all of you. But you have each other to comfort you. Remember the funny times and smile that would have made his life have humor. Remember the amazing times like the birth of his grand children that will have made his life unexpected. Remember the love of each and everyone of you, it made his life unique, He was a son and a father and a husband, celebrate all of these things. I love you

I wish, as many others do, that there was more time to get to know and embrace Matthew. In the short time that I got to spend with Matthew I found his quick wit and sense of humor delightful ! I got to see his loving heart for his family ( and Bella). I know that Matthew will be missed by all that came to know him. God Bless and Keep the Pace Family at this most difficult time. With love, Matthew's Aunt Renee.
