William Harry Varnadoe
August 24, 1926 - October 4, 2020

I was saddened to learn of Harry's passing. I was his associational Director of Missions when he was pastor at Francis and Westside Churches. I have had pleasant conversations with him and Merle on his birthday for the past several years. 72 years is a long marriage. Merle, may God fill your emptiness with His love and mercy.

a good man is the highest praise I can give to someone, and Harry was truly a good man. I can't feel sad for him, but I know how much everyone else will miss him. Bud thought a lot of Harry, he always talked to him in Publix. My love to you Merle, and all your family. I won't see you tomorrow, but you will be in my thoughts and prayers all day.

So sad to hear of his passing, but no doubts where he is. He was a true Earthbound Angel. I work at Solaris Healthcare in the Activities Department. He was our volunteer of the year for 2018. We looked forward to seeing him and hearing the wonderful message he had for all of us. RIP Harry. And my prayers our with his family, including his church family.

Brother Harry was a wonderful man. He baptized me when I became a Christian at the age of fourteen. I remember his counseling session before I was baptized, and he shared with me that Satan would try to attack me and make me feel unsure of my belief in Christ as Savior. He was a true Christian leader. I am sure all of his family will miss him so much, but he is with Jesus. May the Lord bless you all at this time, and draw each of you near as you need comforting. Sincerely, Miranda Mosley LaSure
