Terrence Francis Riley, 86, of Georgetown passed away Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Putnam Community Medical Center in Palatka.

Terrence was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and had lived in Putnam County for the past 27 years coming from Medford, Massachusetts. He was a US Navy veteran who served in the Korean Conflict and was a retired machinist for Polaroid Corporation.

He had enjoyed golfing, bowling, leathermaking, playing Cribbage, and building model airplanes, boats and cars. He enjoyed using his hands and could make virtually anything out of nothing. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Crescent City.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Winifred Riley.

Survivors include his wife of 64 years, Eleanor M. Riley of Georgetown; four children, Terrence R. Riley of Massachusetts, Michael T. (Marie) Riley of Bridgewater, Massachusetts, Kathleen M. Riley of Georgetown, and Paul R. Riley of Georgetown; 9 grandchildren, Lauren Riley, Alyssa Riley, Christine M. Riley, Nicole M. Riley, Andrea M. Riley, Timothy (Kelly) Flynn, Kimberly (Stephen) Cipollone, Shannon Pruitt and Katherine Pruitt; and three great grandchildren, Celia, Claire, and Tobias.

A memorial service during which military honors will be conferred will be held at the family residence on Nancy Court in Georgetown on Sunday, September 19, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. with Father Jim May officiating.
