Carl L. Shively

Carl Lee Shively, 82, of Crescent City, passed away peacefully Saturday, Nov. 16, 2019 at Putnam Community Medical Center following a brief illness.

Surviving are his wife of 66 years, Wanda Shively; two sons: three daughters; 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.

Memorial services will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, 2019 at Hope Lutheran Church with The Rev. Kim Trabold officiating. The family will receive friends following the service with light refreshments.

The family respectfully requests no flowers due to allergies and that memorial gifts may be sent to the donors’ favorite charity.

Masters Funeral Home of Palatka is assisting the family.
